Clinical Experience
I have been helping couples, families, and individuals heal for the past 13 years. I have worked in clients' homes, community mental health, hospital settings, group private practice, and solo private practice. I have truly seen it all, and with every passing year, my heart has grown for my work and the incredible people I have the joy of caring for as clients.
Top Caliber Training
I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Washington and Idaho. Unlike the traditional medical model, LMFTs don't assume the problem lies within the individual; we consider the client's full context in diagnosis and treatment.
I am also a Certified Brainspotting Therapist and a Certified EFT Couples Therapist, and I supervise other therapists seeking certification in these therapy approaches. I am an AAMFT Approved Supervisor and WA State Supervisor, mentoring the next generation of relational healers.
